外食業に43年。
あらゆる外食店での店舗業務からマネージメント、監督業務に携わる。
カフェが一番の得意分野。
小物を部屋に飾り楽しむ趣味が高じて国内、海外の雑貨をコレクションと買い付け販売（特に日本人に好まれる雑貨を輸入販売）
また、海外での飲食店開発と提案書作成、食品輸出業務に従事。

接客業に45年間、フードサービス業界（ファミリーレストラン、パティスリー、カフェ、コントラクトフード、和食店、洋食店、小売店）の多様なビジネスジャンルに従事、積み重ねて修得したノウハウ（運営力と企画力、事業開発）で企業の発展に貢献。

主に、新商品の開発と販売、チェーン理論を活かした展開、新規開業や事業の再構築の提案を得意としている。

その他、
国内外の食材や雑貨を輸出入。
新規飲食店開業物件の開発と提案書作成は顧客（クライアント）に役立っている。
